metal things, soap, pollen, synthetic clothes, other things that i don't know but disturbing me, my eyes, skin.
but as it is known allergy is stimulated with depression, it can be insufferable. |

You would be amazed at how many foods and heath & beauty products have cinnamon or "cinn" in them. I'm also allergic to products with musk. Both of these ingredients give me terrible acne. Seems crazy but it's true. I was so happy to find out how to avoid getting acne that I devoted a website to my story. Have any of you considered cinnamon or musk as your acne culprit? Doesn't hurt to consider it. |
